We’ve hopefully answered some of the more common questions we get here but please if you have any queries just shout, we are happy to help.
Do you have a shop?
Yip we sure do..our shop is at Unit 39/39 Sycamore Close, Dyffryn Business Park, Ystrad Mynach. We do mail out orders but you are welcome to collect in person if you wish to save postage costs this is an option for you during checkout.
What payments do you accept?
If you are buying using this website then you will be taken to PayPal to make secure payment upon checkout. You can also order over the telephone, email or facebook and we can accept payments by card over the telephone or by card or cash if visiting the shop in person. In some circumstances we can accept payment by bank transfer if required and if you are buying on behalf of a club or business then of course we will happily supply an invoice for your financial records.
How long will it take?
It depends on the item you’ve ordered and the quantities you require. We aim to get most orders despatched within 48 hours of cleared payment but we kindly ask you allow 7 days before contacting us. You will receive notification from us when your order has been despatched and we will inform you immediately if for some reason we are unable to fulfil any order. We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries but for larger orders we use DPD.
Can you print something just for me?
Even though we offer some ‘ready made’ designs on this website most of our work is bespoke. We can reproduce anything you want onto lots of items so if you want a banner with 25 photos on it or a mug with a picture of your cats on it then no problem just get in touch and we will guide you through the process. The items we show on our website are only a tiny amount of what we can offer.
How can I send you my photos?
There are lots of ways you can get your images to us, facebook, whatsapp, email, text, in person or by pigeon whatever works best for you.
Can you print on my own garments?
We are happy to print on your own garments and many people find this a better option especially for groups of people such as hen and stag parties it allows each individual to select a garment that fits correctly and they are comfortable in.
Can you print on my own mugs?
Unfortunately we can’t. Our mugs have a special coating that allows them to accept a sublimation print, we do offer a wide range of mug shapes and colours though so if you’re after something a bit different just get in touch and we’ll advise.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Not at all, if you want one mug then we’ll produce one mug simple as that.
Are there any setup charges?
There are no hidden costs or setup charges on our print items, the price you see is the price you pay. The only additional costs are for postage and these are clearly stated during checkout. However….if you bring us 40 old photographs that all need scanning and fixing to go onto 1 mug then we may need a chat 🙂 We do have a setup charge for our embroidery service of £15 for digitising and creation of template files, this is a one off charge.
Can I use my banners / stickers outside?
You can indeed! We use eco-sol inks and both our banner and sticker vinyl are designed for outdoors so you can embarrass your 18 year old with that birthday banner for all the neighbours to see.
Do you offer embroidery?
We have an in-house embroidery team and 2 state of the art embroidery machines with a total of 18 heads, this means we can embroider 18 garments at the same time if required allowing a very fast turnaround with bulk orders. we can embroider full colour logos etc onto t-shirts, polos, bags, beanies, bobble hats, outerwear, workwear and lots more. Can I try garments on for size?
You can, if you visit the shop we have a range of garments in a range of sizes that you can try. We also offer a ‘take home and try’ service if you need to size up a group of people, there is a deposit charge for this refundable on return of the items.
